Rob Saik
Founder & CEO
Robert Saik is a veteran entrepreneur, agrologist, and internationally recognized agtech
leader with over 40 years of experience in the agriculture sector. He has founded more than 15 companies in farming, ag retail, distribution, media, and technology. As founder
and CEO of T1 Technology Corporation, Robert is the visionary behind both AGvisorPRO and Vi by visorPRO—platforms designed to connect agriculture and equipment
professionals to knowledge in real-time.
Robert has received numerous awards, including the Provincial Distinguished Agrologist of the Year (2006) and Canadian Agri-Marketer of the Year (2016). His first book, The Agriculture Manifesto, was recognized as a Best of Amazon Books (2014), and his TEDx Talk, Will Agriculture Be Allowed to Feed 9 Billion People?, has amassed over 170,000
views. He is also the executive producer of Know Ideas Media, a platform focused on science communication and GMO education.
Robert has worked alongside global leaders, including Nigeria’s Minister of Agriculture and Bill Gates, and was one of just three private citizens invited to address the 2020 FAO-UN High Level Special Event on sustainable agriculture. He is a member of the A100, Abundance 360, Strategic Coach, and a partner in Perigro Venture Partners.
Brock Moir
Chief Product Officer
Brock Moir is a seasoned product and data science leader with a background in machine
learning, including MSc research at the Large Hadron Collider. Formerly at Alberta
Machine Intelligence Institute (amii), Brock helped Fortune 500 companies integrate AI
across industries including agriculture, healthcare, and energy. At T1 Technology, Brock
leads the development of Vi by visorPRO, ensuring delivery of intelligent,
outcome-driven solutions for equipment dealerships.
John Schmeiser
Chief Operating Officer
John Schmeiser brings decades of leadership in the equipment dealership sector, most
notably as former President & COO of the North American Equipment Dealers
Association (NAEDA). His deep knowledge of dealer operations and strategic growth
plays a pivotal role in helping T1 Technology expand across North America. John’s
on-the-ground presence at industry events and close dealer relationships strengthen
visorPRO’s position as the go-to AI solution for equipment service teams.
Eric Schuler
Business Development Manager
Based in Nashville, Eric Schuler leads U.S. market growth for T1 Technology. With a
background in dealer development and solution-based sales, Eric focuses on delivering
value to equipment dealers and OEMs across the U.S. His customer-first approach and
industry knowledge ensure seamless integration and ongoing satisfaction for clients
adopting visorPRO.
Taylor Veilleux
Customer Service Manager
With an MBA Degree in Agribusiness, and four years at T1 Technology, Taylor serves as Client Success Manager for Vi by visorPRO®. In this role, she partners with clients to ensure smooth onboarding, meaningful adoption, and measurable results with the platform. She works closely with dealership teams to align technology with business goals, building strong relationships that drive long-term success.
Passionate about innovation in agriculture and equipment management, Taylor plays a key role in helping dealerships operate more efficiently in a rapidly evolving industry.
