Rob Saik
Founder & CEO
Robert Saik is a distinguished agrologist, entrepreneur, and international consultant with over 40 years of experience in the agriculture industry. He is the founder and CEO of T1 Technology Corporation, the developer of AGvisorPRO and the AI-powered solution, Vi by visorPRO.
He has founded over 15 companies in farming, agri-retail, and agtech, and is the author of “FOOD 5.0” and “The Agriculture Manifesto.” Recognized as one of Canada’s Top 50 Most Influential Agriculture Leaders, Rob has addressed global audiences, including the FAO-UN, and serves on several boards to advance sustainable agriculture and technology.
Rob was named Provincial Distinguished Agrologist of the Year (2006) and Canadian Agri-Marketer of the Year (2016).
Brock Moir
Chief Product Officer
Brock Moir is a seasoned data science and product leader with over 8 years of experience building data-powered products and solutions. He leads the product and engineering teams at T1 Technology, focusing on delivering outcomes that drive company growth and customer success.
He has guided business leaders through digital transformations at the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (amii) and fostered collaboration between corporate innovation labs and top AI talent. His track record includes collaborating with world leaders in sectors ranging from agriculture and construction to healthcare and energy efficiency.
He holds a Master of Science degree, earned through research on sub-atomic particle collisions at the Large Hadron Collider.
John Schmeiser
Chief Operating Officer
John Schmeiser is a highly respected veteran of the equipment industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for T1 Technology. With a career marked by strategic growth, he focuses on driving the sale and integration of innovative solutions into dealer networks.
He previously served as President and COO of the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA), where he gained deep insights into market trends and the evolving needs of the farm equipment and construction sectors. His work is instrumental in forging strong dealer relationships and propelling revenue growth.
